  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the trout fillets on a lined baking sheet skin-side down.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped dill evenly over the trout.
  5. Lay lemon slices atop each fillet and dot with small pieces of butter if desired.
